Eating healthy food is important.We can be healthy by eating good food and eating lots of friuts and vegetable.The good food we eat is rich in vitamins and nutritions.It helps in our digestion easy to digest.we cannot waste food,because if we throw away foods we are throwing away vitamins.So we must not throw food.We must eat foods like maet,vegetable,fruits and other healthy foods.If we don't eat healthly we will be weak,unheathy and easy to get sick.If we eat heathly foods we will be strong and healthy and we won't easily fall sick.we know our body needs healthy foods.I like to eat healthy foods.
